Competition Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction
   1.1 These terms and conditions apply to all competitions run by Radio Wyvern ("the Station").
   1.2 By entering a competition, entrants agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Eligibility
   2.1 Competitions are open to UK residents aged 18 or over unless otherwise stated.
   2.2 Employees of the station, their families, and affiliated companies are not eligible.
   2.3 Only one entry per person is permitted unless otherwise specified.

3. Entry Requirements
   3.1 Entry methods will be detailed on-air and/or online.
   3.2 Entries must be received before the closing date and time specified by the station.
   3.3 The station accepts no responsibility for late, lost, or incomplete entries due to technical failures.

4. Prizes
   4.1 The nature of the prize will be stated at the point of entry.
   4.2 Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
   4.3 The station reserves the right to substitute a prize with one of equal or greater value.
   4.4 Winners are responsible for any additional expenses incurred unless stated otherwise.

5. Winner Selection & Notification
   5.1 Winners will be selected at random or as per the competition criteria.
   5.2 The station’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
   5.3 Winners will be contacted using the details provided. If a winner cannot be reached within [48 hours], the station reserves the right to select a new winner.

6. Publicity & Data Protection
   6.1 By entering, winners agree to participate in reasonable publicity related to the competition.
   6.2 The Station will process personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and its privacy policy.

7. Disqualification & Amendments
   7.1 The station reserves the right to disqualify any entrant suspected of cheating or failing to comply with these terms.
   7.2 The station may cancel or amend the competition if necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.

8. Liability
   8.1 The station accepts no liability for any loss, damage, or injury caused by participation in the competition or use of the prize, except where legally required.

9. Governing Law
   9.1 These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of English courts.
